What's on your case: Every JBR case is handmade using flatback rhinestones, gems, 3D charms (bows, hearts, pearls, and more), and sealed with resin for a glossy, durable finish. Each case starts with a hard plastic clear base so your phone color can peek through the bling.
Case Fit: Each case is made specifically for your phone model. Cases fit snugly and provide protection for the back and sides of your phone. All ports, buttons, and cameras remain fully accessible.
Please Note: Because gems, charms, and resin add thickness, JBR cases may not be compatible with some wireless chargers. We recommend removing your case before wireless charging.
Care Instructions
Your JBR case is handmade and sealed with resin — here's how to keep it looking fresh:
✦ Gently wipe with a soft dry cloth to remove fingerprints and dust. Avoid wet wipes, cleaning sprays, or rubbing alcohol — they can cloud the resin finish over time.
✦ Avoid tossing your phone into bags with keys, coins, or sharp objects. They can scratch the resin or damage charms.
✦ Do not bend or flex your case. The hard base and resin coating can crack if forced, and charms may pop off.
✦ Keep your case away from extreme heat. Don't leave it on a car dashboard, near a heater, or in direct sunlight for long periods — heat can soften resin and cause yellowing.
✦ If a charm or gem comes loose, save it! A small dot of gel super glue or clear resin can reattach it. Let it dry completely before using your phone.
✦ Remove your case carefully. Don't pry it off from the charm side — flip your phone over and gently push from the inside edges.
Return & Refund Policy
All JBR cases are custom made to order. All sales are final — we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Please double check your phone model and any custom text before placing your order.
If your case arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right with a repair, replacement, or store credit.

All JBR cases are handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your case to be crafted before it ships. Business days are Monday through Friday. During holidays or high demand drops, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Free shipping on all orders! Every case ships from Pittsburgh, PA via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking included. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Once your order is marked as delivered by USPS, JunkedbyRay is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact your local post office first, then reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
