All JBR cases are handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your case to be crafted before it ships. Business days are Monday through Friday. During holidays or high demand drops, processing may take up to 10 business days.

Free shipping on all orders! Every case ships from Pittsburgh, PA via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking included. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Once your order is marked as delivered by USPS, JunkedbyRay is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact your local post office first, then reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

All JBR cases are custom made to order. All sales are final — we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If your case arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right with a repair, replacement, or store credit.

iPad Cases — Product Info

What's on your case: Every JBR iPad case is handmade using flatback rhinestones, gems, 3D charms (bows, hearts, pearls, and more), and sealed with resin for a glossy, durable finish. Each case starts with a hard plastic clear base so your iPad color can show through the bling.

Case Fit: Each case is made specifically for your iPad model. Cases provide protection for the back of your iPad. All ports, buttons, cameras, and Apple Pencil charging areas remain fully accessible.

Please Note: Due to the gems, charms, and resin, JBR iPad cases add thickness and weight to your device. They may not be compatible with all keyboard accessories or folio covers. We recommend removing your case before attaching a Magic Keyboard or Smart Folio. Wireless charging and Apple Pencil magnetic attachment may also be affected.

iPad Cases — Care & Cleaning

Your JBR iPad case is handmade and sealed with resin — here's how to keep it looking fresh:

✦ Gently wipe with a soft dry cloth to remove fingerprints and dust. Avoid wet wipes, cleaning sprays, or rubbing alcohol — they can cloud the resin finish over time.

✦ Avoid placing your iPad face down on hard surfaces. The charms and gems can press into the surface and loosen over time.

✦ Do not bend or flex your case. iPad cases are larger and more rigid — forcing them on or off can crack the resin or pop off charms.

✦ Keep your case away from extreme heat. Don't leave your iPad on a car dashboard, near a heater, or in direct sunlight for long periods — heat can soften resin and cause yellowing.

✦ Be careful with bags and backpacks. Place your iPad in a sleeve or separate compartment so keys, pens, and other items don't scratch the resin or knock gems loose.

✦ If a charm or gem comes loose, save it! A small dot of gel super glue or clear resin can reattach it. Let it dry completely before using your iPad.

✦ Remove your case carefully. Don't pry it off from the charm side — flip your iPad over and gently push from the inside edges.
